Larry Emond, CMO of Gallup Worldwide, Speaks to SoCal’s Top Executives at Executive Next Practices Forum Event on May 5
IRVINE, Calif. (April 15, 2011) – The Executive Next Practices Forum (ENP), a unique “mastermind like” group for C-level executives to review leadership and business strategy, will host Larry Emond, CMO of Gallup and Executive Publisher of Gallup Press to speak at its next session on the theme of leadership and engagement. The event, “Leadership & Engagement: Key Drivers for Growth and Results,” will be held on Thursday, May 5 from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Taco Bell World Headquarters in Irvine, Calif.
“Based on the latest data from Gallup, Emond will uncover new strategies in engagement and encourage Southern California C-level executives to collaborate on completely new approaches to engage a five-generation workforce,” says Scott Hamilton, President of the Executive Next Practices Institute, and co-founder of Allign. “We look forward to Emond’s moderation of this upcoming event. Our events are unique in their highly collaborative format, and provide a chance for ENP members to look beyond technology and social resources– to build ideas off one another and look at their business in a new way. Our C-level peer-to-peer group can find new approaches for complex business problems—faster.”
“Leadership & Engagement: Key Drivers for Growth and Results,” will introduce the Leadership-Engagement-Profitability Equation, and provide a format for senior level leaders to develop new solutions to today’s business challenges. Emond will use the latest Gallup data on behavioral economics to show the ENP membership how to support and connect with employees.
The ENP gives its members a unique experience by implementing a highly-interactive session format with top-level speakers on inventive topics in strategic and tactical business practices. Rather than a one-time session, association meeting or “fly-by” networking experience, ENP offers its members and guests a safe haven for honest and revealing discussion around emerging trends and “next practice” opportunities.
Over the course of a year, a full arc of strategic topics are covered so that ENP attendees–who comprise of a unique mix of the entire executive suite and its key advisors (HR, CFO, CMO, COO)–can look holistically at issues, gauge their personal impact, and examine relevant leadership applications. The ENP approach and aligned with the goals of its members. Its non-solicitation environment promotes long-term relationship building and powerful connections amongst business leaders.
