Executive Next Practices Forum Presents
Talent Machine 2020 & Gallup World Poll: A Succession Plan that Works
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Event Date: April 4, 2013
IRVINE, Calif. (March 8, 2013) — The Executive Next Practices Forum (ENP), a unique mastermind-like group for C-level business executives to review new leadership and business strategies, will host “Talent Machine 2020 & Gallup World Poll: A Succession Plan that Works” on April 4 at Taco Bell World Headquarters in Irvine, Calif. The event will begin at 8:00 a.m.
This session will be guided by Larry Emond, managing director of Gallup Worldwide, and Charlotte Jensen, client development managing consultant at Gallup. This highly popular session in ENP’s next practices collaboration series will include an update of the latest Gallup World Poll finding on global economics, migration patterns, politics and many other relevant factors that impact businesses. The second part of the session will be a new examination of succession planning and will teach attendees how to create a true “talent engine.” Only 14 percent of senior executives surveyed by AMA were well-prepared for a “sudden loss of a key member of their executive team.” This interactive discussion among top leaders also will review “big picture” impacts on hiring and operations strategy for 2013 and beyond, identify opportunities to create breakthrough experiences for high-potential managers and leaders, develop a succession plan that works to uncover a company’s leadership strengths and expose its weaknesses and teach executives to overcome biases in order to hire and promote successfully.
Visit http://www.enpinstitute.com/events/ to register. Registration is $65 before April 1 and increases to $95 thereafter. “Talent Machine 2020 & Gallup World Poll: A Succession Plan that Works” will be held on Thursday, April 4 at Taco Bell World Headquarters – 1 Glen Bell Way, Irvine, Calif. and will run from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. For more information, contact ENP President Scott Hamilton at scott@enpinstitute.com or visit www.enpinstitute.com.
