“Re-Wiring” Organizations for Innovation, Disruption and Growth

IRVINE, Calif. (June 3, 2013) — The Executive Next Practices Institute (ENP), an innovation think tank for C-level business executives to review new leadership and business strategies, will present “Re-Wiring the Organization for Innovation, Disruption and Growth: An Oakley Case Study- NeuroLeadership in Action” on June 18 at the Oakley International HQ, located in Foothill Ranch, California. The session will run from 8:30 – 10:00 a.m.

This unique mastermind format will be led and moderated by Oakley executives Jennifer McCusker, the Director of Global Talent and Retail HR , Chris Veit VP, Manufacturing Darrin Mills,  VP & GM, Apex by Sunglass Hut  and Caroline Kenyon, Chief Human Resources Officer.
In today’s light speed markets, creating collaboration and an “aligned and innovative mindset” within organizations is mission critical. The Oakley leadership team will share how the company is “re-wiring” its approach to change, team development, customer intimacy and market dominance. In addition, executive attendees will learn how to remove the leadership barriers to innovation, simplify and accelerate new product development and how to develop trust, commitment and communications, across generations via the use of neuroleadership techniques. Attendees will walk away with fresh insights on how to promote creative thinking, customer alignment and extraordinary employee engagement to originate new products and potentially disrupt their target markets.
