Fereydoun (Ferey) Faridian is a Partner and Managing Director of Newport LLC, a national CEO advisory firm. An experienced board member having served on some 15 fiduciary boards, Ferey helps middle-market company owners, CEOs and investors deliver their mission of growth and vision of optimal exits.

A serial CEO, former private equity principal, venture capital partner, investment banker, and corporate strategy consultant, Ferey has advised businesses in 12 countries. His client base has ranged from global Fortune 100 executive teams to institutionally backed technology ventures. Today, he focuses primarily on emerging growth and middle-market companies, helping them accelerate value through strategic use of finance, technology, and M&A.

A founding and active member of the Private Directors Association’s Southern California chapter, Ferey currently serves on the association’s national board, as well as the fiduciary boards of two private companies. Building on early-career experience in neural networks and automation, he continues to stay close to advancements in AI and data analytics and currently sits on the advisory board of a Palo Alto-based AI firm.
