Kristen Simmons is a board director, advisor, and former C-suite executive with over 30 years of experience driving growth and transformation for public and private companies. She currently advises CEOs on strategic and organizational transformation and also serves on nonprofit, private company, and civic boards—always bringing a people- and purpose-driven perspective to innovation and growth. 

Kristen has held COO, Chief Growth Officer, and other C-level roles at companies such as Experian, Ford, and Mazda. Her career is marked by high-impact outcomes—from turnarounds to business model pivots to brand reinvention—across sectors including technology, healthcare, fintech, automotive, and consumer products. 

Actively involved in the corporate governance community, Kristen serves on the leadership of the Private Directors Association’s SoCal chapter, is a board member for the Forum for Corporate Directors, and serves on the advisory boards of two early stage tech companies.

While not a technologist by training, she is a pragmatic and productivity-minded “fast follower” in generative AI—passionately exploring its potential to enhance outcomes in business and in life.
