Audience Questions and Virtual Collaboration

Spotlight Interview : Sylvia Ehrlich, President The Intrepid New Yorker with Kenneth Goodwin Jr. Senior Managing Principal & President, Jeanensis Capital Markets

The Global Path to Rebound Strategies involves Digital Transformation solutions advancing the Future State of Work and Living.

The global pandemic COVID-19 exploited gaps in supply chain, medical supplies, public healthcare, and many others. Simultaneously, it ushered in a digital transformation: Big Data, EduTech, Health/Medical Tech, FinTech, RegTech, UrbanTech/Smart Cities, Edge Computing, AI and Blockchain). This impacted the future state of work and living and requires dynamic solutions and rebound strategies going forward.

Spotlight Interview : Scott Hamilton, CEO, Executive Next Practices Institute with Lee Meiner, CHRO Vince

The Way Forward- The Key Questions Facing the CHRO:

What do you see happening to your business over the next 6 months?

How will your workforce needs change?

Robert Horsley, Executive Director, Fragomen and Chairman of the Board, Industry Innovation and Strategy, Worldwide ERC

Impactful transformational design and innovation are in my business DNA: I believe today’s leadership must inspire, guide, empower, and transform in one of the most complex environments we’ve ever seen. I’m all in to prepare the world for the future of work.

I speak often about the need to bring an engaged and transparent approach to business models that haven’t yet learned the benefits of an open culture. I have worked to bring to life enterprise and cloud-based solutions for the legal industry, so that all parties can effectively engage and remain informed throughout prolonged or technical processes. I believe we are only at the tip of using data for value: it should ease the experience, optimize a path and be an empirical predictor – the best is yet to come! Let’s position for a super-charged future.

Specialties: Executive and operational leadership, and transforming mature models into connected efficient ecosystems. Focus on software as a service, product and market positioning, knowledge-based brand management, talent management, mobility as a strategy, I-9 technology, and immigration.
