At Western Digital, Dana played a pivotal role in leading a large-scale M&A transformation. She successfully unified three disparate talent acquisition teams, systems, and processes, driving the company’s Global Talent Acquisition transformation roadmap.
Currently, as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Jamf, she leads a diverse global team, achieving notable milestones such as 977 hires in 2022, implementing a global diversity recruiting strategy, and reducing time-to-fill and time-to-hire in 2023. She is a trusted talent partner and advisor to senior leadership, aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives and addressing critical talent gaps.
