With expertise in mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructuring, and global HR strategy, she has contributed to the success of notable companies such as Fluor, Allergan, Arbonne, and Bausch + Lomb.

Fabienne’s tenure as Chief People & CSR Officer at Arbonne saw her lead the company’s journey to B-Corp certification, championing sustainability and corporate responsibility, and chairing the Flourish Arbonne Foundation. Through the foundation, she advanced youth mental health initiatives, creating programs and raising awareness for young people’s well-being. Additionally, as a member of the board’s Compensation CommiRee at The New Home Company, she provided guidance on execu.ve compensation and governance, further underscoring her expertise in aligning people strategy with business goals.

As the founder of two companies, Fabienne leads Fab Impact Consulting, where she partners with organizations navigating growth, restructuring, and cultural change. Her earlier entrepreneurial venture, The GoGo Pouch, reflects her commitment to creating practical solutions for the modern, on-the-go lifestyle.

Fabienne holds an MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources. She is the Business Ambassador for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, supporting sustainable, impacZul business practices. She is also a volunteer with CASA, advocating for youth in foster care.
