Prior to her current role, Jessica served as Vice President of Human Resources at XOS Trucks, Inc., a publicly traded electric vehicle manufacturer headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to nurturing the most vital asset of any organization: its people. With experience implementing innovative HR strategies at public and private companies throughout manufacturing and e-commerce industries, her strong leadership skills support the growth and improvement of the organizations she supports.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management, a Master of Business Administration from California Baptist University. She is also a SHRM© certified Human Resources Professional. Actively engaged in the HR community, Jessica is a member of local HR associations and currently serves on the DEI Council for the National Human Resources Association Los Angeles.
