Nick is an experienced leader in the Medical Device Industry. In his current role he is responsible for the Clinical Sales teams in southern California and Hawaii. He has extensive knowledge of cultivating culture, organizational design, scaling process, situational leadership, and building high performance teams.
Nick is known for being a passionate leader who cares deeply about the organizational mission and his people. He has been involved in developing and scaling national initiatives, compensation plan design, competitive analysis, and helped to create tools and resources to simplify the complex business of surgical robotics.
As a leader at Intuitive Nick is most proud of the success of his team over the years. He has had multiple award winners to include Rookie of the Year, and Clinical Sales Manager of the Year. Additionally, he has had the opportunity to work with and develop several individuals into their careers as people leaders at Intuitive.
Nick firmly believes that Culture, Execution, and Development are the keys to leading at a rapidly growing organization.
Nick is supported at home by his wife, Pamela, and his 16-year-old son, Asher. He enjoys being active through skiing, tennis, pickle ball, and going to the gym. However, he spends most of his free time watching Asher play both Indoor and Beach Volleyball.
