Roeya Vaughan is a brand builder and growth strategist known for bridging brand vision, business performance, and culture to turn potential into impact. Across more than 25 years in consumer products, luxury, and wellness, Roeya has led businesses and teams through growth and transformation. She brings experience across marketing and general management, shaping strategies that strengthen brand relevance, create new avenues for growth, and align teams around a shared direction.

Roeya currently serves as the global Chief Commercial Officer of Watkins Wellness, where she leads three business units alongside corporate strategy, marketing, sales, customer experience, and business analytics. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Mattel, Oakley, BEHR Paint, ASICS, Tacori, and Arbonne.

Roeya holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a bachelor’s degree from UCLA. She welcomes opportunities to bring her perspective to boards navigating growth and transformation. Based in Irvine, she enjoys travel, art and culture, and cheering on the San Francisco 49ers.
