Dr. Ekta Vyas is a thought leader and Sr. HR Executive with nearly 28 years of experience. She is a recognized executive leader in transformational change, leadership, and emotional intelligence, and a frequent keynote speaker, author, and Forbes HR Council member.  Her recent roles include CHRO for Keck Medicine of USC, where she leads enterprise HR strategy and recently oversaw the successful integration of the USC Arcadia workforce. Her prior roles include Deputy CHRO at UC Davis Health and Sr. leader positions at Stanford Health Care. Dr. Vyas has served as adjunct faculty for nine years, has been named a “Top CHRO to Know” by Becker’s Hospital Review (2025, 2026) and a 2025 Women of Influence honoree by SUCCESS®. She holds a doctorate in Organization & Management and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and her upcoming book, Reciprocate to Transform, will be released in 2026.
