Dr. Ekta Vyas is Chief Human Resources Officer at Keck Medicine of USC, where she leads enterprise HR strategy and recently oversaw the successful integration of the USC Arcadia workforce. With nearly 28 years of experience, she is a recognized executive leader in transformational change, leadership, and emotional intelligence, and a frequent keynote speaker, author, and Forbes HR Council member. Previously, she held senior HR leadership roles at UC Davis Health and Stanford Health Care, and has served as adjunct faculty for nine years. Dr. Vyas has been named a “Top CHRO to Know” by Becker’s Hospital Review (2025, 2026) and a 2025 Women of Influence honoree by SUCCESS®. She holds a doctorate in Organization & Management and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and her upcoming book, Reciprocate to Transform, will be released in 2026.
