For over 35 years Jack has collaborated with executives from start-ups to Fortune 500 with a track record of creating impactful, aligned and measurable results for their organizations. As a student of leadership inside and outside of the classroom, Jack understands the importance of combining culture and compensation that results in employee engagement and belief in their organization driving the right measurable results. As CEO and a Principal Consultant at Optimum Comp Advantage, Jack has helped organizations all over the U.S. optimize their largest ongoing investment in their people. He has done this by building smart, aligned compensation structures, sales compensation practices and incentive plan designs that motivate teams and individuals to achieve and exceed targeted results in support of success-driven cultures.

Jack volunteers on the Jobs Committee for Cristo Rey High School helping identify partner companies for their internship program, as a Trustee and Chair of the Development Committee on the National Foundation Board for Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity and has volunteered since 2018 for Blood Cancer United where he served as chairman of the board for the Southern California Board from 2020 – 2023.

Jack earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego. Jack is married with two kids and resides in San Diego, California where family, golf, and traveling to see his daughter dance take up his free time.
